Alicia McBryde

Alicia McBryde founded Life Strides Therapy Inc. in May of 2007.  Alicia is a licensed Occupational Therapist who has been in practice for over 10 years.  Alicia began a couple of years earlier hosting camps during the summer for a handful of local children. The need for the service grew as quickly as the need for funding.  The summer of 2007 was the first camp under the Life Strides Therapy banner, and from this point she began to pursue non-profit charitable status for the company. She is currently pursuing plans for future outpatient facilities.  Alicia holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Central Arkansas.  She specializes in early childhood intervention and pediatric sensory integration.  Alicia is married and mother of three children.

Vice President - Glenn Bailey

Glenn Bailey serves a vice president to the company, and manages the facility and equipment at the camp.  Glenn is a Vietnam veteran, and retired from the United States Postal Service.  Glenn operates a cattle farm in Arkansas and assists with the care of the horses during the off season.  Glenn is active in the community and volunteers his time with other organizations

Secretary/Treasurer - Clint McBryde

Clint McBryde

Clint McBryde is the person behind the scenes, who serves as secretary and treasurer of the corporation.  He is also responsible for the marketing and advertising of the organization, as well as managing the care of the horses.    Clint holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Central Arkansas, and is a registered nurse with over 10 years of experience.  From the time he was very young, Clint has been riding and using horses on the farm.  His experience spans from the mountain trails of Colorado to the cattle farms of Arkansas.  He helps to ensure safe practices for horse and rider at the camps.  Clint is married to Alicia and lives in Ash Flat with their three children.
